Chantal B extends the possibility of Return of items to 15 days instead of 14 days.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer

For your return, please follow the instructions below:

• Once the return confirmed by email from us, slide the bill (or copy) into a parcel as well as the article to return:

Conditions of return and refund

• Returns are at the expense of the buyer.
• Returns of products on sale are limited to 15 days and are at the expense of the buyer.
