Returns are the responsibility of the customer
For your return, please follow the instructions below:

- Once the return confirmed by email from us, slide the bill (or copy) into a parcel as well as the article to return:

Conditions of return and refund
- Returns are at the expense of the buyer.
- Returns of products on sale are limited to 15 days and are at the expense of the buyer.
- Chantal B reserves the right to refuse any return sent after the period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the article.
- Returns can only be realized in the same country / region where articles have been purchased.

In case of problem or delayed repayment
